Is Data Rooms included in the free trial?
Data Rooms is a separate, approval-based add-on. Starting the workspace trial does not automatically grant access. Request it from Settings → AI & Features.
Does the add-on include AI usage?
No. AI uses prepaid credits and must be enabled for the organisation, feature and individual seat. Room Q&A is for authorised workspace members.
